- All products (primarily bespoke abayas) are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
- Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors and details may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.
- Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless stated.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance via email (order confirmation). A contract is formed only upon dispatch of the order.
4. Payment
- Payments must be made in full at the time of order using accepted methods (as displayed during checkout).
- We use secure payment processing; however, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment providers.
- All transactions are in AED.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carriers will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to carriers or unforeseen events.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.
- Orders outside the UAE cannot be accepted at this time.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 3 days inside the UAE and within 15 days outside the UAE of delivery.
- Custom or bespoke items may not be returnable.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
- For faulty items, contact us immediately for resolution (repair, replacement, or refund).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (images, text, designs, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
